Top or bottom?

Are you ‘top’, ‘versatile’ or ‘bottom’? This is an issue to which certain gay men attach great value. But what exactly determines one’s preference? And why is it so interesting 
for the rest of us to know?

A minor - and completely unscientific - survey on the search section of the internet dating site Gaydar found that men who categorise themselves as being 'well hung' in their profiles are six times more likely to be exclusively 'top' than exclusively 'bottom'. Consequently, there seems to be a correlation between the two factors, which prompts the following questions: Do tops automatically overestimate their penis length? Or is the 'insertive' role more or less imposed upon them because of their organ size? Or is it simply better to be the active sex partner if you're well hung?
